Instructions confirmed 11 November 2009. I am trying to make an appointment to inspect on Monday 16 November. The appointment has now been made for Wednesday 18 November. The inspection has been substantially completed but the door to the sub-floor area was locked and no key was available. I am waiting to hear from the selling agent so that a further visit can be made. In the meantime, I am proceeding to prepare the remainder of the report. The sub floor area has now been inspected and the report will be prepared and sent as soon as possible. Due to illness there has been a slight delay but the report will be posted first class on Tuesday 24 November. Now completed.Ref:1499
